Sapiver Forge AI Gate System — Privacy Policy
Sapiver Forge AI Gate System is a local-first Android application for recording and reviewing human-owned AI workflow decisions. This policy explains how information is handled by the app.
What the app stores
Assessments, evidence, controls, owners, decisions and retained output-release records are stored in the app’s local database on the user’s device. No Sapiver Forge account is required.
What the app sends
The app has no Sapiver Forge server, analytics, advertising or cloud synchronisation. It does not automatically transmit assessment records or other app records to Sapiver Forge.
Backups, PDF exports and sharing
When a user chooses to create a backup or PDF export, the app creates a local file and opens the device’s sharing or save controls. The user decides where that file goes. A destination selected by the user, such as email, cloud storage, printing or another application, may process the file under that destination’s own privacy terms.
Sensitive information
Assessment, backup and exported records may contain confidential business or personal information entered by the user. Users should record only what is necessary and protect exported files appropriately. Backup files created by the app are not encrypted by the app.
Human responsibility
The app organises information and applies transparent completion and scoring rules. It does not certify safety, legality, compliance, privacy, security or correctness. Final decisions remain with the named human owner.
Removing records
Records can be removed using the app’s available deletion controls. Uninstalling the app normally removes its local application database from the device. Users should create and protect a backup first when records need to be retained.
Accounts, advertising and analytics
The app does not require a user account, does not contain advertising and does not use Sapiver Forge analytics or behavioural tracking.
Children
The app is a business workflow tool and is not designed or directed specifically at children.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data handling changes materially, this policy will be updated before or alongside the relevant app release.
